We currently offer free shipping to the following regions: the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, outlying islands, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Time
In-stock orders are typically shipped on the next business day unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days. If you experience delays beyond this timeframe, please contact us at support@chitoride.com.
For pre-order or out-of-stock items, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page.

We ship via UPS or FedEx.

5. Order Tracking & After-sales

Registered customers can track their orders and shipping status through their ChitoRide account.

Guests can track their orders using the order number on our website.
For any inquiries, please email us at support@chitoride.com, and our team will respond within 24 hours.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, we will be unable to assist, and you will need to resolve the issue directly with the shipping carrier.
