Warrranty
1. Warranty Period
ChitoRide products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of receipt unless otherwise specified on the product page.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material faults, and non-human quality issues.
The following are not covered:
Improper use or human-caused damage (including but not limited to dropping, collision, water damage, incorrect power supply, etc.)
Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs
Normal wear and tear, consumables (such as batteries, cables, and accessories)
Damages during transportation or improper installation
Failures due to misuse or not following the user manual
3. Warranty Process
To request warranty service, please contact us at support@chitoride.com with the following information:
Order number
Product model
Description of the issue with supporting photos or videos
Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide instructions for the next steps. If the issue falls under warranty, we will offer free repair, replacement, or other reasonable solutions.
4. Additional Notes
Replacement products or parts provided under warranty will follow the original warranty period and will not renew the warranty term.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to the designated ChitoRide service center. We will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.
